Cory Cilas is an Extraction Chemist with expertise in ethanol and butane extractions, advanced short path operation, and analytical chemistry. He is a committed learner and teacher, people person, and seen as an efficient and hard worker.

Beginning as a lab manager in the industry two years ago, he worked his way to lab director through extensive work on vape cartridges and solventless concentrates. During this time, he developed a model to increase flower revenue through the cure/dry train increasing revenue by $1.6 million in two quarters.

He has designed and implemented multipe short path distillation systems as well as re-designing the manufacturing process flow for Ethanol production while reducing labor COGs by 26%.

During his undergrad, he worked for over 2 years with Stanford Medical School and Northern Arizona University on a variety of DNA and RNA research projects.
